South African left-arm wrist spinner Tabraiz Shamsi showered praise on ace Indian batter Virat Kohli on his official social media handle.
Tabraiz Shamsi was impressed with Virat Kohli's six against Haris Rauf during the T20 World Cup 2022 match in Melbourne, describing the shot as an "unreal shot."
Virat Kohli played one of the most memorable knocks of his career to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. The right-handed batter scored an unbeaten 82 from 53 balls.
India was struggling at 31 for 4 at one stage, but Kohli helped his team chase down the 160-run target in front of a jam-packed crowd.
The India team needed 28 runs from the last 8 balls to win the match. Virat Kohli shifted the momentum by hitting two consecutive sixes off Haris Rauf in the 19th over.
The batter's six on the penultimate ball was later dubbed the "Shot of the Century" by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
