He scored 119 runs from just 90 balls with the help of 12 fours and 7 sixes. He also shared a 136-run stand with his opening partner Shubman Gill.

England will be hoping that the India captain does not get a good start in the third game and will be relying on Jofra Archer for the same. Archer was rested for the second game and is likely to return to the playing eleven for the third game. He will be keen to take the prized scalp of Rohit.

Ben Duckett vs Mohammed Shami:
