Star India wicketkeeper cum batsman, Rishabh Pant revealed a major update on his injury and said that he is seeing light in the dark tunnel.

In the last few months, the Men in Blues have gone through a lot of injury problems which have affected their performance on the field.

Star batsman, Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul have been out of the crease for more than five months. Iyer faced his injury during the fourth match of the Border-Gavaskar trophy against Australia, after that, he went through surgery for his back pain.

KL Rahul suffered a thigh injury during an Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 game between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Following that he went through surgery.

During this time period, India auditioned many players to take responsibility at number 5 in the batting order but one batsman could excel like KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer. However, both have been included in the Asia Cup 2023 squad for India and will feature in the upcoming matches.

In the Asia Cup 2023, India are in Group A along with Pakistan, and Nepal.
