IND vs PAK: "KL Rahul Is Back In Grand Style" - Fans Hail Indian Batter For His Sensational Ton Against Pakistan

Fans on X heaped rich praise on Indian batter KL Rahul for his exceptional innings against Pakistan in the Super Four game of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023. The game is currently taking place at R.Premadasa Stadium in Colombo and Men in Blue have dominated the opposition. 

The wrecker-in-chief behind that has been none other than KL Rahul. The keeper-batter is making his comeback into the Indian team after a long injury and made sure that he sets the stage on fire. He wasn’t certain to make it into the team but Shreyas Iyer’s back spasm made way for him in the team. 

KL Rahul looked solid right from the time he stepped on the field and played some blistering strokes. He displayed great caution as well before rain interrupted play on 10th September. However, on the reserve day, the keeper-batter looked a class apart and took the attack to Pakistan bowlers. 

KL Rahul made a mockery of the opposition bowlers, in particular spinners, and toiled with them. He played aggressive cricket and made sure that the team’s run rate remained high with rain around the corner. He partnered with Virat Kohli, who also scored a ton well and the duo notched up over 200 runs partnership. 

KL Rahul completed his century in 100 balls. He batted with a strike rate of around 100 and also smashed 10 boundaries and 2 sixes during his hundred. He’s still looking strong and would be looking to end the Indian innings on high.
