IND vs PAK: Watch - Haris Rauf Dismantles Shubman Gill's Stumps With A Fiery Delivery

Pakistan have asserted their authority in the ongoing game against India in the Asia Cup 2023 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Pallekele. Shaheen Afridi along with Haris Rauf is the main reason behind that as they have dismantled the Indian batting lineup. 

After Rohit Sharma (11) and Virat Kohli (4) fell early, Shubman Gill held the fort and tried to play out the staggering spell of fast bowling by Pakistani pacers. Although he looked scratchy during his stay on the crease, he tried to block the one end and take singles. 

However, Shubman Gill’s stay on the crease was cut short by Haris Rauf with a thunderbolt. He bowled a full delivery that had a little bit moment in it. The Indian batter was halfway forward and looked to defend. The ball caught the inside edge and went on to clatter the stumps. Notably, the Pakistan pacer bowled a 147 kmph delivery.

Shubman Gill was tested inside out the Pakistan bowlers during his stay on the crease. He was at the receiving end of some peach deliveries. The opening batter managed 10 runs in 32 balls with the help of one boundary. After his wicket, India were left tottering at 66/4.

IND vs PAK: Haris Rauf removes good-looking Shreyas Iyer for 14 runs 

Shubman Gill however was not the only wicket that Haris Rauf has bagged in this game. After the staggering spell of Shaheen Afridi, the fast bowler bowled some fiery balls and removed Shreyas Iyer as his first wicket. The Indian batter looked very optimistic as he played some gorgeous strokes but the Pakistani pacer got the better of him. 

Haris Rauf bowled a short ball to which Shreyas Iyer tried to pull. He had a great connection but he played straight to Fakhar Zaman at mid-wicket. The Indian batter fell for 14 runs off 9 balls.
