IND vs PAK: Watch - Jasprit Bumrah Castles Shadab Khan With Dream Delivery

Star Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah made an impression with the ball straightaway in his second spell during the ongoing match against Pakistan in the ICC World Cup 2023. Jasprit Bumrah clean-bowled Pakistan all-rounder Shadab Khan with an absolute beauty.

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and elected to field first at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Saturday, October 14. The Indian bowlers justified the captain’s decision by taking seven wickets of Pakistan batters for just 171 runs in 35.2 overs.

Jasprit Bumrah opened the bowling for India in front of over 130,000 fans in the high-pressure game. The right-arm pacer displayed accuracy, consistently maintaining a good length. But, he couldn’t pick up a wicket, ending his four-over spell with figures of 0/14.

Skipper Babar Azam and wicketkeeper batter Mohammad Rizwan added a crucial 82 runs for the third wicket. Mohammed Siraj broke the partnership by dismissing Babar for 50 runs. Kuldeep Yadav picked up the wickets of Saud Shakeel and Iftikhar Ahmed in the same over.

Jasprit Bumrah came with his second bowling spell in the 34th over of Pakistan’s innings. The 29-year-old made an impression by picking up the wicket of Mohammad Rizwan (49) with a brilliant off-cutter. He managed to miss the batter’s inside edge and hit the off stump.

The ace Indian pace bowler delivered another dream ball in his next over, dismissing Shadab Khan with an absolute beauty on the second ball of the 36th over. Bumrah bowled an outside off-stump delivery, and it moved away after pitching to hit the top of the off-stump.
