IND vs PAK: Watch - Rohit Sharma Flexes Muscles In Front Of Umpire After Destroying Pakistan

Indian captain Rohit Sharma looked in absolute beast mode against Pakistan in the ICC World Cup 2023. The opening batter continued his dream run and played great shots in match 12 of the tournament at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

In the chase of 192 runs, Rohit Sharma took his team off the flying start as he smashed Pakistan bowlers all over the park. The Indian captain looked in full control and made sure that he made the target cakewalk for his team in the biggest Stadium in the world. 

Rohit Sharma made Pakistan look clueless as he took them to the cleaners and smacked them all over the park. The Indian captain didn’t put a foot wrong and made sure that his side registered the third consecutive win of the ICC World Cup 2023. 

As Rohit Sharma smashed big sixes to Pakistan bowlers, umpire Marias Erasmus asked him how he hit sixes this easily. The Indian captain reacted hilariously as he flexed his muscles in front of the official.

Rohit Sharma ended with the knock of 86 runs off 63 balls. He smashed 6 fours and 6 sixes in his innings and batted with a strike rate of around 130. This was his second consecutive fifty-plus score of the tournament.

IND vs PAK: Want to keep my fingers crossed – Rohit Sharma 

Rohit Sharma after the game talked about the team’s win. He said that he doesn’t want to get excited after three wins and wants to move forward calmly. Speaking at the post-match presentation, he explained: 

“Want to keep my fingers crossed. Don’t want to get too excited. Don’t want to get too low as well. Want to stay balanced. Keep calm and keep moving forward. Every opposition we come up against are all quality. You have to play well on that particular day, and that’s what we’re looking at.” 

India will be next seen in action when they will take on Bangladesh on Thursday (19th October). They are currently at the top of the table in ICC World Cup 2023. They would be hoping to continue their dream run and win 4th game on the trot.
