IND vs PAK: WATCH- Rohit Sharma Gives Death Stare To Teammates Over Sloppy Fielding

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma gave a death stare to his teammates over the team’s poor fielding show in IND vs NEP match. There was no doubt that India’s fielding during India vs Nepal match of Asia Cup 2023 was one of the poorest shows.
At the start itself, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, and Ishan Kishan dropped three easy catches. Moreover, there were some misfieldings that angered the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma.

A video is going viral on social media in which Rohit Sharma can be seen giving death stares to his teammates over sloppy fielding. The event happened after the match was halted due to rain after the 38th over of Nepal’s batting.

In the 38th over, Shardul Thakur misfielded a ball towards him at third man that went to the boundary. Sharma was not at all happy over the incident and also showcased his anger toward the Indian seamer.
Later, when the match was stopped due to rain, the Indian skipper was seen giving death stares to his teammates. Have a look at the video below.

On the back of India’s poor fielding in the match, Nepal also managed to come up with a good total of 230-10, showing a magnificent batting effort against a giant like India.

Tailenders Dipendra Singh and Sompal Kami scored 29 and 48 respectively to drive the scoreboard to a decent total of 230. Earlier, openers Kushal Bhurtel (38) and Aasif Sheikh (58) gave a fabulous start to the team. Their middle-order failed to capitalize on the good start.
For India, Mohammed Siraj and Ravindra Jadeja grabbed 3 wickets each. The 231-run chase was still a cakewalk for India. Due to rain in the 2nd innings, the match was reduced to 23 overs and India were given a DLS revised target of 145.

Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill remained unbeaten and scored half-centuries to lead India to victory by 10 wickets. India also reached the Super Four round after the victory against Nepal.
