Fans on X reacted after Indian player KL Rahul played a magnificent innings under pressure in the ongoing first Test against South Africa. The Day 2 of the game between the two heavyweights is taking place at the Supersport Park in Centurion. 

KL Rahul has proved to be the crisis man for India in the ongoing Test. When it seemed that the visitors were down and dusted, the keeper-batter stood tall for his team and stepped up big time. Batting for the first time in middle order in Tests, he made sure that he set the stage on fire. 

KL Rahul came to bat when India were tottering at 92/4 and soon were 105/5. The keeper-batter understood the situation pretty well and made sure that he put pressure back on the South African team. It was a perfect example of a man show as it surely would’ve been his best innings in the Test. 

KL Rahul batted magnificently well with tailenders and displayed some quality stroke play. He showed great discipline and also made sure that he punished bad balls. The keeper-batter brought up a sensational ton and helped India be in a comfortable position. 

KL Rahul brought up his century in 133 balls with a big six. The keeper-batter realized the need of the hour and made sure that India got some crucial runs on the board. His sensational innings powered India to over 240 runs, which at one stage looked impossible.

KL Rahul slammed 14 fours and 4 sixes in his innings and ended with the knock of 101 runs. His stupendous knock surely has given bowlers something to fight with. The keeper-batter made sure India got as many runs as possible and kept the fight on in Centurion. This was his 7th century overseas and 8th overall.
