India National Cricket Team all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja brought out his trademark sword celebration after completing a half-century against West Indies National Cricket Team in the second Test.

The second Test of the two-match series between Rohit Sharma-led India National Cricket Team and Kraigg Brathwaite-led West Indies National Cricket Team commenced on Thursday, July 20 at the Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain, Trinidad.

The clash between India and West Indies is a historic one as this is the 100th Test between the two teams. Among the 99 Tests so far, West Indies have won 30 and India 23, while 46 have been draws.

Meanwhile, Jadeja, who has been consistently performing well for India across formats in all three departments, registered his 19th half-century in Test cricket in the match against the Kraigg Brathwaite-led side.

Coming out to bat at No.6, Ravindra Jadeja looked comfortable at the crease and played some outstanding shots. At one point India were struggling after losing back-to-back wickets and Jadeja alongside Kohli made sure India get back into the dominant position.

He stitched together a brilliant 159 runs partnership with the modern-day batting great Virat Kohli, who is playing his 500th international game.

Jadeja took a double off Shannon Gabriel on the 5th ball of the 91st over to complete his half-century. As he reached the milestone he performed his sword celebration to a standing ovation from the Indian dugout.

Jadeja was dismissed by Kemar Roach in the 104th over. He scored 61 runs off 152 balls, with 5 fours.
