IND vs WI: Watch - Virat Kohli In 'Kala Chasma' Sets Twitter On Fire During 3rd ODI

Just a glimpse of Virat Kohli is enough to make the fans’ day and it was evident once again when a video featuring the former India skipper went viral on Tuesday (August 2).

Along with Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli was also rested for the third ODI as the team management continued experimenting for the second match in a row. The senior batters were rested for the second ODI too. In Rohit’s absence, Hardik Pandya led Team India once again. And he managed to turn things around as India bounced back from the defeat in the second ODI in style to clinch the three-match ODI series.

The Men in Blue thrashed West Indies by 200 runs to win the third ODI and clinch the series 2-1. The fifties from openers Ishan Kishan and Shubman laid the foundation for a big total. Sanju Samson and Hardik Pandya also scored the fifties to help India post a mammoth total of 351 for 5 in 50 overs.

West Indies, in reply, were all out for just 151. At one stage, the beleaguered hosts were reeling at 40 for 5 and then 88 for 8 before a 55-run stand between Alzarri Joseph and Gudakesh Motie helped them post a respectable total. For India, Shardul Thakur and Mukesh Kumar picked up 4 and 3 wickets respectively.

As India and West Indies were fighting it out, Virat Kohli’s name started trending on Twitter after a video clip featuring him was posted on the social media platform. The reason behind the video going viral was Virat Kohli’s dapper look.

The India superstar was seen sitting in the dugout with his black sunglasses on. He was also seen wearing an ultra-expensive watch. The broadcasters added a special touch to it by using a famous Bollywood song ‘Kaala Chashma’ to depict the batting star’s mood.
