India will be looking to get back to winning ways when they take on England in the fourth T20I of the ongoing five-match series. The match is scheduled to be played on Friday (January 31) at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

India squandered the opportunity to win the series as they suffered a 26-run loss in the third T20I in Rajkot. Batting first, England recovered from 127/8 to post 171/9 runs in the allotted 20 overs. Opener Ben Duckett top-scored for the visitors, scoring 51 while Liam Livingstone also played a crucial knock of 43 runs.

For India, Varun Chakravarthy picked up 5 wickets. In reply, India finished their innings on 145/9. Just like the second game, most of India's top and middle-order batsmen failed to get going. At one stage, the hosts were reeling at 85/5. Hardik Pandya's 40-run knock was the best effort from an Indian batsman in the match.

With India now eyeing a series-clinching win in the fourth T20I, we are taking a look at the India Playing 11 for the 4th IND vs ENG T20I.

India Playing 11 vs England - 4th T20I, England tour of India 2025:

Openers: Sanju Samson (wk), Abhishek Sharma

Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma are set to be the openers in the India Playing 11 for the upcoming game. Samson failed to get going with the bat once again and was dismissed for 3. For the third game in a row, he was dismissed by his former Rajasthan Royals teammate Jofra Archer.

On the other hand, Sharma got the start but could not convert it into a big score. The big-hitting opener smashed 24 runs off 14 balls with five fours before being dismissed by Brydon Carse. India will be hoping that their openers deliver with the bat and give them a good start in the crucial fourth T20I.

Middle-order batsmen and allrounders: Tilak Varma, Suryakumar Yadav (c), Rinku Singh, Hardik Pandya, Ramandeep Singh, Axar Patel

The second match's hero Tilak Varma could not rescue India in the third game. After scoring an unbeaten match-winning knock of 72 runs, the southpaw scored 18 runs in the third game. Varma got the start but could not capitalize on it and will be looking to make amends in the upcoming game.

Captain Suryakumar Yadav's poor series with the bat continued. For the third game in a row, Suryakumar failed to score big with the bat. He was out for 14 runs in the third T20I and will be looking to lead from the front in the upcoming game.

Rinku Singh is expected to return to the India Playing 11 after missing the last two T20Is due to a back issue. He is likely to replace Dhruv Jurel in the India Playing 11 for the fourth T20I.

Hardik Pandya was India's top-scorer with the bat in the third game. The allrounder scored 40 runs and picked up 2 wickets as well.

The other two openers in the India Playing 11 are expected to be vice-captain Axar Patel and Ramandeep Singh. Ramandeep is expected to replace Washington Sundar in the India Playing 11 after the latter failed to make an impact in the third T20I.

Bowlers: Arshdeep Singh/Mohammed Shami, Ravi Bishnoi, Varun Chakravarthy

India could also make one change to their bowling lineup for the fourth T20I. Arshdeep Singh, who was rested for the third T20I, could replace Mohammed Shami in the India Playing 11 for the fourth game. Shami went wicketless for 25 runs in the third T20I and would be hoping that he retains his spot in the team.

On the other hand, Varun Chakravarthy and Ravi Bishnoi are set to be the lead spinners of the team.
