India Champions have unveiled their squad for the upcoming second edition of the World Championship of Legends (WCL), which is set to be played later this month. Former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, who led the team to victory in the inaugural season in 2024, will once again captain the side.
The World Championship of Legends is set to commence on July 18, featuring six legendary teams competing for the coveted title. After winning the inaugural edition held in the UK last year, Yuvraj Singh's India Champions will return to defend their crown.
Defending champions India, along with West Indies, Pakistan, Australia, South Africa, and host nation England, will take part in the tournament.

India Champions have announced their 16-member squad for the upcoming World Championship of Legends. Players like Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina, Irfan Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, and Yusuf Pathan have been included.
The squad has a mix of talent, featuring strong batting depth, a versatile spin attack, and experienced fast bowlers. The pace unit will be led by Varun Aaron, Siddarth Kaul, and Vinay Kumar, while spin duties will be handled by Harbhajan Singh, Piyush Chawla, and Pawan Negi.
Excitement among fans has increased following the squad announcement. India will take on Pakistan Champions in their opening match on July 20. The clash will serve as a thrilling rematch of last year’s final, where India emerged victorious.

India Champions to Commence WCL 2025 Campaign on July 20
The 2025 World Championship of Legends is scheduled to take place from July 18 to August 2, with matches set to be played across four renowned venues in England: Edgbaston in Birmingham, County Ground in Northampton, Grace Road in Leicester, and Headingley in Leeds.
India, Pakistan, Australia, England, South Africa, and the West Indies will compete in a round-robin format, with each team playing against every other team once. The top four teams will advance to the semi-finals. Defending champions India will play five league matches.
