Amid the India vs England Test series, the ECB has released the schedule for the upcoming white-ball series between the two teams. India will be touring England again in 2026, almost at the same time of the year, for a white-ball series.
Currently, the two teams have started their ICC World Test Championship 2025-27 campaigns with a 5-match Test series. However, they have contrasting outcomes, as England has never qualified for a WTC final, and India has played in two WTC finals already.
England are currently leading the series 2-1 and are aiming to seal the series off at Old Trafford in Manchester.
England cite bumper summer; India white-ball series locked
The England and Wales Cricket Board has released the schedules for the upcoming summer, which will once again be loaded with intense action for English cricket fans. However, the ECB also confirmed on Thursday (24th of July) that India is set to visit England once again in 2026.
However, unlike 2025, the 2026 series will feature the two teams in intense white-ball action. As mentioned in the schedule, the series would be hosted for nearly 3 weeks, with the two teams playing 5 T20 Internationals and 3 One-Day International matches.
The 8 matches are scheduled to be played in 8 different venues in England.
