The sixth match of the ongoing ICC Women's World Cup 2025 will see India locking horns against Pakistan. The high-voltage clash is scheduled to be played at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Sunday (October 5).

Both teams have started their campaign in the tournament in a contrasting fashion. India's campaign started with a hard-fought 59-run win (DLS method) over Sri Lanka. Batting first, India were in all sorts of trouble after being reduced to 124/6 before a half-century from Deepti Sharma and Amanjot Kaur propelled them to 269/8.

With the ball, India came up with a clinical performance and bowled out Sri Lanka for just 211 runs. After impressing with the bat, Deepti made a big impact with the ball as well, taking 3 wickets.
