While CSK team management has put strong faith in the youngster Ruturaj Gaikwad despite his struggle in the first three matches of this IPL 2021, the opener is now giving that proper value by consistently performing in the last three games, where he scored 64, 33 and 75 runs respectively.

Faf du Plessis

South African cricketer Faf du Plessis is one of the top performed batsmen in the first half of this IPL 2021 as he has scored 270 runs in six games of this tournament. In the last three matches, he has hit three consecutive half-centuries (95*, 50 and 56), while he scored 36* and 33 runs respectively in the previous two games after starting this season with a duck.

Moeen Ali

Suresh Raina

The left-handed batsman Suresh Raina started this IPL 2021 with the knock of 54 runs. Then his scores in this tournament are 8, 18, 24 and 17* respectively. Though he recently got some limited opportunities with the bat, the third most IPL run-scorer is a very crucial member for CSK.

Ambati Rayudu

While Shardul Thakur is currently struggling, CSK can think about his little rest during the forthcoming match. The 27-year-old right-arm medium pacer KM Asif can replace him in the forthcoming match. While Asif hasn’t played a match yet in this IPL 2021, he has played only two IPL matches, both in 2018 for CSK, where he got a total of three wickets.
