Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have won the toss against Mumbai Indians (MI) in the first match of IPL 2021 and elected to field first. The first match of IPL 2021 is all set to kick off at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians at Chennai.

While Mumbai Indians will be playing without the services of their regular opener, Quinton de Kock as the South African batsman is currently under quarantine after returning from the home series against Pakistan. In such an event, Chris Lynn might be seen opening the innings alongside Rohit Sharma.

Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav will be seen playing for the Men in Blue. Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard, and Krunal Pandya will stack up the middle-order of Mumbai Indians.
