Dubai’s Wicket Assisting The Bowlers

In the first fixture of the IPL 2021 UAE leg, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Mumbai Indians (MI) took on each other at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday. Both the teams couldn’t get to a high total as the wicket seems to assist the bowlers with a dual-paced track. It will be interesting to see if PBKS vs RR takes place on the same wicket as CSK vs MI.

In such conditions, it is always advisable to win the toss and field first. RCB skipper Virat Kohli mentioned that dew had set in early in Abu Dhabi and if this remains a key factor in Dubai too, we might see the teams winning the toss bat second.
