With a new year underway, Indian cricket fans are already feeling jittery with excitement for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League. That’s also because the IPL 2022 is coming back even bigger and better, with two new teams joining the format and a mega auction that promises to mix things up for the viewers.

While no date has yet been set for the IPL 2022 Mega Auction, the BCCI has already confirmed the details of the event – existing teams have only been able to retain four players, while the new teams are restricted to three players. This means that this Mega Auction could very well be a two or three-day event, with a tremendous shift in the lineup of the IPL teams.

With so much anticipation for the IPL 2022 season, there has been the usual flurry of brand sponsorships and deals right before the tournament. The IPL is an event that is run on brand endorsements and manages to create a lot of revenue and buzz for the brands featured in the tournament.

My11Circle becomes the title sponsor for the new Lucknow team!

With two new teams joining the season, there was ample opportunity for new brand sponsorships, and My11Circle, the fantasy sports platform has grabbed the chance and become the title sponsor for the new Lucknow team. This means that the Lucknow team will now be donning jerseys that are branded with the My11Circle logos. This not only gives them a lot of exposure but also guarantees a rise in their prospective players during the season.

Bhavin Pandya, the Co-Founder and Co-CEO for Games24x7 has shared his excitement for the new sponsorship deal. “We are excited to announce our first IPL team sponsorship and the Lucknow team is a perfect fit as it represents the heartland of the country where cricket fans have ardently supported the sport and now get an opportunity to support their own team.”

This collaboration will not only give My11Circle an opportunity to gain some new viewers but also allow many cricket fans from the Indian heartland to venture, perhaps for the first time, into the world of fantasy sports and cricket betting. In fact, this exposure might also mean that many cricket fans find many other cricket betting apps to bet on the IPL 2022.

With a new sponsor on board, the Lucknow franchise is gearing up for the upcoming IPL 2022 auction. The team may not have a name yet, but they have managed to rope in Zimbabwean cricket coach, Andy Flower as the Head Coach and former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir as the mentor of the franchise.
