IPL 2024: Ambati Rayudu snubs RCB as he names three teams that will join KKR in the IPL 2024 playoffs

Former India batsman Ambati Rayudu has revealed his predictions for the teams that will join Kolkata Knight Riders in the playoffs of the ongoing Indian Premier League 2024 (IPL 2024).
As of now, only Kolkata Knight Riders have qualified for the playoffs while Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians have been knocked out. As many as seven teams are still in contention for the playoffs. Rajasthan Royals are at the second spot with 16 points from 12 games and are looking set to make it to the next round.
Ambati Rayudu's former team Chennai Super Kings are at the third spot with 14 points from 13 games and are likely to make it to the playoffs if they manage to beat Royal Challengers Bengaluru in their final league games. Sunrisers Hyderabad are at the fourth spot with 14 points from 12 games and will be qualifying for the playoffs as well if they win their remaining league games.
Apart from the Royals, Super Kings and Sunrisers, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants are also in contention for the playoffs. And while only time will tell who will make it to the playoffs, Ambati Rayudu believes Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Rajasthan Royals will join Kolkata Knight Riders in the next stage of the tournament.

Ambati Rayudu calls MS Dhoni 'god of Chennai':
Meanwhile, Ambati Rayudu has hailed his former India and IPL teammate MS Dhoni as the god of Chennai. The former cricketer also said that temples of Dhoni would be built in Chennai in the coming years as he lauded his achievement for Team India and Chennai Super Kings.
"He is the God of Chennai and I am sure, temples of MS Dhoni would be built in the years to come in Chennai," Rayudu said on Star Sports.
"He is someone who brought India the joy of two World Cups and has brought Chennai joy with a lot of IPL and Champions League titles. He has just been that one guy who shows belief in his players, who has always done it for the team, for the country and for CSK.
"He is a legend and someone everybody celebrates in the crowd. They might be thinking that this might be his last game in Chennai," he added.
