The IPL 2024 auction is set to witness a battle among 10 teams to grab their favourite players. IPL 2024 auction takes place on December 19 in Dubai. A total of 333 players are part of IPL 2024 auction and they will compete for the 77 available slots during the mini-auction.

In the highest salary brackets, there are 23 players in Rs. 2 crore belt, 13 players in Rs. 1.5 crore and 14 players in Rs. 1 crore. The rest of the players are part of Rs. 20 lakh to Rs. 75 lakh salary caps.

5. Shivam Mavi

Shivam Mavi is a right-arm pacer who has a base price of Rs. 50 lakh. Last season, he was picked by Gujarat Titans for Rs. 6 crore. However, the franchise did not play him in any match and also released him from the squad ahead of IPL 2024.

The right-arm pacer made his international debut this year. He played in 6 T20I games and hunted 7 wickets. In one match, he also grabbed a 4-wicket haul. Mavi is a 25-year-old youngster and can be a fruitful future investment for any team. Like last season, he might attract many teams during the IPL 2024 auction and get 10X his base price.

4. Shahrukh Khan

After featuring for Punjab Kings for the last few seasons, Shahrukh Khan has been released by the franchise. In the IPL 2024 auction, Shahrukh Khan has a base price of Rs. 40 lakh. In his debut season 2021, the all-rounder earned a deal of Rs. 5.25 crores. The 28-year-old is a lower-order batsman known for his hard-hitting batting skills. Across 33 games in the Indian Premier League so far, Khan has shattered 26 fours and 28 sixes.

3. Akash Singh

Akash Singh is another player who might get a much higher amount in the IPL 2024 auction. Akash Singh was part of Chennai Super Kings last season but the defending champions have parted ways with him. He grabbed 5 wickets across 6 games, showcasing a decent performance.

The right-arm pacer is just 21 years old and has been part of IPL for the last few seasons. He was part of Rajasthan Royals in many previous seasons. Akash Singh has a base price of Rs. 20 lakh but many teams can target him during the auction.

2. KS Bharat

KS Bharat made his international debut this year, playing as a wicketkeeper for the Indian Test team. Bharat became the first-choice wicketkeeper in Tests after the ouster of Rishabh Pant and KL Rahul due to injury.

In the last auction, Bharat earned a price of Rs. 1.20 crore from Gujarat Titans. After his national debut, Bharat might attract many more teams. He is a wicketkeeper-batsman and teams looking for powerful keepers will go after him in IPL 2024 auction. He has a base price of Rs. 50 lakh.

1. Vivrant Sharma

Vivrant Sharma is an uncapped Indian player who has a base price of Rs. 20 lakh in the IPL 2024 auction. He was part of Sunrisers Hyderabad last season but has been dropped from the side.

Notably, the right-handed batter shattered a stunning knock of 69 runs in one game as an opener. In the last auction, the 24-year-old player clinched a massive deal of Rs. 2.60 crore. He can again attract an expensive amount in the forthcoming auction.
