IPL 2024 award winners: Full list of prize winners after KKR vs SRH IPL final

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 concluded on Sunday (26th May). It saw Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) thumping the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the final of the tournament to win their third title. The match took place at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
This was the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and yet again it threw some punches as there was a high competition between bat and ball. Every team came up with something special this time around. The IPL 2024 saw many records being shattered and the season also saw the highest score ever in the IPL getting registered and the highest-ever score in T20 being chased.
The IPL 2024 saw 74 games being played across the tournament and with the impact player rule being there, it changed the dynamics of the game. 200 was the norm in the tournament and not only this, but ever after this, teams weren’t sure if it was the winning total or not.
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) finished the league stage at the top of the table with 9 wins under their belt from 14 games. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) were second on the table with 8 wins. Rajasthan Royals (RR) had the same number of wins but NRR pushed them to 3rd spot. Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on account of their 6 straight wins ended 4th.
In the Qualifier 1 of the IPL 2024, Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets to advance to the final. In the Eliminator, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) faced a disappointing 4-wicket loss against Rajasthan Royals, who then went on to lose the Qualifier 2 of the tournament by 36 runs against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
In the final, Kolkata Knight Riders were extremely dominant as they displayed a magnificent performance with the bat and the ball and thumped the Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets to win their third title in the league under the leadership of Shreyas Iyer.
Asked to bowl first, Kolkata Knight Riders wrapped up the Sunrisers Hyderabad’s innings on just 113 runs. Andre Russell picked three wickets and was the pick of the bowlers. Mitchell Starc and Harshit Rana chipped in with two wickets each. Vaibhav Arora, Varun Chakravarty, and Sunil Narine claimed one wicket each.
With the bat, it was a show by Venkatesh Iyer. They lost Sunil Narine early for just 6 runs. But after that, the left-hander came out all guns blazing and blasted a vital half-century. Rahmanullah Gurbaz (39) supported him well as Kolkata Knight Riders chased the target inside 11 overs.
