Australia National Cricket Team suffered a massive blow in the ongoing third T20I against the Pakistan National Cricket Team. Premier all-rounder Glenn Maxwell injured his hamstring and walked off the field in between the first innings of the game.

The dead rubber third T20I between the Australia National Cricket Team and the Pakistan National Cricket Team is currently underway. Last match of the series between the teams is taking place at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart.

Australia National Cricket Team, who were asked to field first, have been all over the Pakistan National Cricket Team with the ball. They have opposition batters who look clueless and work hard for runs. While they are top-notch with ball and field, they were jolted as well with the injury of Glenn Maxwell.

Maxwell injured himself on the 4th ball of the 13th over when Adam Zampa was bowling to Abbas Afridi. The batter defended the ball to wide of short midwicket, where Glenn Maxwell was stationed. All-rounder tried to run and collect the ball but he couldn't and he looked in discomfort.

Maxwell looked in pain immediately after that effort, and by the looks of it, things didn't look good for him. He went off the field while clutching his left hamstring and, since then, hasn't returned to the field to take part in the first innings.
