Irfan Pathan Inaugurates The Cricket Academy Of Pathans (CAP) In Mehsana

Former Indian left-arm seamer Irfan Pathan alongside Managing Director Mr. Harmeet Vasdev inaugurated the grand launch of the cricket academy of Pathans in Mehsana, Gujarat. The academy has been opened with the aim of developing young budding cricketers and providing the best cricket coaching all around the countries. The academy will provide coaching for boys and girls aged 6 to 21.

Mehsana is a place of a lot of talented cricketers and the launch of CAP will provide them with the best coaching facilities in the city. The CAP has been welcomed in the city really well as it has already achieved over 200 registrations in Mehsana before the launch. The CAP Academy in Patna also produced two players who made it to the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy recently for the Bihar State.

We Feel That Talent Shouldn’t Be Wasted – Irfan Pathan

Irfan Pathan was largely in praise of the amount of talent associated with the Mehsana city and being able to give them the best coaching facilities makes him excited. CAP has also provided scholarships to five youngsters who cannot afford cricket coaching but are talented. He told his desire in expanding the presence of world-class infrastructure in the Gujarat state to produce a lot more state and national cricketers.

“We are excited to launch CAP academy in Mehsana that will provide world-class cricket coaching to budding cricketers of the city. Also, we have given scholarship to five kids who cannot afford cricket coaching but are very talented.

“We feel that talent shouldn’t be wasted. With this launch we are expanding our presence in Gujarat and are looking to tap into the huge reserve of young cricket enthusiasts and give them world-class coaching infrastructure so that the city can start churning out district, state and national level players. I am confident that CAP will receive tremendous support in Mehsana,” said Irfan Pathan, the Director of the Academy of Pathans.

CAP Focuses On Expanding Their Operations

Mr. Harmeet Vasdev, Managing Director had said that CAP is planning to launch academies in 25 cities of tier I and tier II including Hyderabad, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Pune, Bhubaneshwar, Srinagar, Coimbatore, Visakhapatnam, Agra, Mathura, Bijnor, Gulbarga, and Berhampur by the end of 2021. He told that CAP wants to give opportunities for the best coaching infrastructure to every talent by expanding their operations across various cities.

“As a part of our aggressive expansion plan we are planning to launch CAP academy in 25 cities which includes Hyderabad, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Pune, Bhubaneshwar, Srinagar, Coimbatore, Visakhapatnam, Agra, Mathura, Bijnor, Gulbarga and Berhampur by the end of 2021.

“We are focused on expanding our operations in tier II and tier III cities to give an opportunity to all the budding cricketers who love the sport and need access to world-class coaching infrastructure.”
