Even India???s Lower Order Can Be Dangerous ??? Michael Vaughan
Michael Vaughan, in his column for The Telegraph, cautioned England about the threat posed by world-class Indian batters and highlighted the danger of India???s deep batting lineup, including their lower order.
???He may never play Test cricket at 100 percent fitness again but England need him at 90 percent after his operation because his batting and captaincy are so vital,??? Vaughan stated.
???You cannot give Rohit Sharma a sniff, especially as India???s batting is so deep. On these slow-ish wickets, even India???s lower order can be dangerous,??? he added.
Ben Stokes, originally planning a knee operation after the Ashes, underwent surgery in late November. Stokes might not be ready to contribute with the ball for England in the five-match series. Notably, England picked only one pacer in the lineup for the first Test match.
