The ICC’s official website cited McGrath as saying that there are more opportunities to take wickets if the batters are always trying to score and challenging the bowlers.

Glenn McGrath acknowledged that England had a strong start with their Bazball strategy, but he added that it will be intriguing to see how they handle pressure and end up on the defensive.

“There are more opportunities to take wickets if the batters are trying to score and push the bowlers. It is about bowling well-thought-out strategies, being able to carry them out, and bowling to the available field.”

“In the four Test matches they won while chasing high totals in the fourth innings, England has made a strong start. Everything is going smoothly, and it looks fantastic. However, things will not always turn out that way.”

“It will be interesting to see how it plays out a few times if the bowling team captures early wickets, applies pressure, and bowls them out while they are still attacking. I like it when teams support one another. both with the ball and the bat. Bowlers must learn how to strike out more aggressive batsmen” Glenn McGrath stated.

The English team’s newly aggressive approach, known as “Bazball” after their coach, Brendon McCullum, has captivated the cricketing globe.
