Jason Holder Goes Unsold In IPL Auction 2024

Jason Holder went unsold in the IPL Auction 2024 on December 19, 2023 in Dubai. Jason Holder has been playing in the IPL for more than a decade now. The former West Indies played his first-ever season in the tournament way back in 2013 although he has not been able to enjoy a continuous run in the competition.
A fast-bowling allrounder, Jason Holder began his IPL career with Chennai Super Kings. In his debut season, he played 6 games and managed to pick up just 2 wickets before being released. In 2014, Sunrisers Hyderabad signed him but he played just one game before moving to Kolkata Knight Riders in 2016.
He did not play in the IPL from 2017 to 2019 before Sunrisers Hyderabad bought him once again in 2020 as a replacement for the injured Mitchell Marsh. In 2022, he was signed up by Lucknow Super Giants before moving to Rajasthan Royals in 2023. Overall, he has played 46 games in the IPL so far and has scored 259 runs in addition to taking 53 wickets.
