Jofra Archer Set To Return To England Team In 2023- Reports

Ace England pacer bowler Jofra Archer, who has been out of commission since March 2021, is reportedly set to make his comeback to the side in 2023. Archer last played in limited-overs matches when England toured India in 2021, but since then has missed lots of important cricketing events.

He missed the 2021 T20 World Cup and is set to miss the 2022 T20 World Cup as well, apart form missing the Ashes 2022 in which England was dominated 0-4 by Australia down under. A string of injuries kept him on the sidelines for a long time but now he is said to have resumed bowling.

He suffered from a stress fracture of the elbow before suffering a stress fracture of the back. He was slated to make his comeback last year but then his back injury meant that he was ruled out for a further period. He was seen bowling with the England side when they toured the Caribbean previously.
