Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will be up against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the 58th match of IPL 2025. This article provides details about KKR's Playing 11 vs RCB for match 58 of IPL 2025.

KKR Playing 11 vs RCB- IPL 2025, Match 58:

Openers: Rahmanullah Gurbaz (wk), Sunil Narine

The opening pair of Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Sunil Narine will open the innings for Kolkata Knight Riders in the upcoming game against RCB on Saturday.

Gurbaz would like to get a decent score under his belt as the Afghan batter hasn't been able to justify his selection in place of experienced South African batter Quinton de Kock.

Sunil Narine, on the other hand, showed a glimpse of what he is capable of with the bat against CSK and would like to replicate that when KKR takes on RCB.

Middle-order: Ajinkya Rahane (c), Manish Pandey, Rinku Singh, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, Andre Russell, Ramandeep Singh

The Kolkata Knight Riders' captain has been one of the few batters who has been able to score runs on a consistent basis for the team in the ongoing IPL season and would like to put on another strong performance in a must-win game against CSK.

Having said that, Rahane would want KKR's middle-order batters like Angkrish Raghuvanshi, Andre Russell, and Rinku to play a little longer in order to guide the team to an above-par total.

Although the duo of Andre Russell and Rinku Singh has shown signs of good form in the last couple of games, the Kolkata Knight Riders' management would expect them to make a more significant contribution against RCB.

The defending champions would be elated by the way experienced Indian batter Manish Pandey performed in the last game after replacing KKR's vice-captain Venkatesh Iyer.

Bowlers: Harshit Rana, Vaibhav Arora, Anrich Nortje, Varun Chakravarthy

Kolkata Knight Riders might have identified their bowling combination in the form of three spinners and two fast bowlers, with Andre Russell chipping in with an over or two.

The trio of Sunil Narine, Varun Chakravarthy, and Moeen Ali has done a decent job as far as KKR's spin department is concerned.

Having said that, Kolkata Knight Riders would like to play an extra fast bowler in place of Moeen Ali on a surface which is expected to assist the fast bowlers at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.

The Knight Riders will have to decide on who their third fast bowling option should be for the important game against RCB in Bengaluru.

The only concern in Kolkata Knight Riders' bowling lineup is the lack of form of Vaibhav Arora, who has looked out of touch in the last couple of matches and hasn't been able to stem the flow of runs.

But there are high chances that Kolkata Knight Riders might give one more opportunity to Vaibhav Arora, as the team is known for backing its players and has done so with Sunil Narine and Andre Russell.
