Harshit Rana grabbed the limelight earlier this season when he gave Mayank Agarwal a send-off after dismissing him during the game between Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Eden Gardens last month.

The right-arm pacer gave a flying kiss send-off on Mayank Agarwal's face after dismissing him. He faced criticism from several quarters for his behaviour towards the senior batter and the KKR pacer could find himself in a similar situation once again after giving a send-off to Abishek Porel during the ongoing game against Delhi Capitals at the Eden Gardens.

The game did not start on a good note for Harshit Rana as he conceded 16 runs in his first over. He was introduced into the attack for the fifth over and the pacer failed to impress straightaway. Abhishek Porel took him to the cleaners in that over, hitting him for two fours and a six.

However, Harshit Rana had the last laugh as he dismissed the DC opener in his next over. After Rishabh Pant took a single on the first ball of the seventh over, Harshit Rana bowled two dot balls to the left-handed batsman. On the fourth ball, Porel decided to play an unconventional shot and paid the price for it.

He shuffled a long way across and tried to play a ramp shot. However, Porel could not make any contact with the ball and the ball went on to uproot the middle and leg stumps. And while Porel turned back straightaway to walk towards the dressing room, Harshit Rana decided to give him a send-off. The KKR pacer asked Porel to walk off the field with a hand gesture before celebrating the wicket with his teammates. Notably, Rana also thought about giving a flying kiss send-off, but he avoided that.

Harshit Rana would be hoping that he is not fined for his latest send-off. He was fined heavily for giving a send-off to Mayank Agarwal as the IPL deducted 60 percent of his match fees.
