India Women's National Cricket Team are under massive pressure in the ongoing game against the Australia Women's National Cricket Team. Chasing the target of 151 runs in the must-win encounter, they had a great start, thanks to Shafali Verma.

But the young batter couldn't carry on the start that she got as she got out while attempting to hit a big six. One of the major reasons behind her wicket was the struggles of Smriti Mandhana at the other end. In high-pressure games, it was expected that the senior batter would step up for the team.

However, it wasn't the case, as Smriti bagged failure in the game. The senior opener got stuck on the crease as she failed to score runs quickly. She got out after Shafali Verma got out and with her wicket, India was left tottering at 39/3.
