Michael Vaughan's dig over India's ODI loss vs SL gets burned by Wasim Jaffer's Ashes comeback

Former England cricketer Michael Vaughan took a fresh dig at Wasim Jaffer after the India National Cricket Team went on to lose the ODI series against the Sri Lanka National Cricket Team. He trolled the former Punjab Kings coach, asking him if he was doing fine.

India National Cricket Team suffered a disappointing loss against Sri Lanka National Cricket Team in the recently concluded ODI series. The Rohit Sharma-led despite being fielding full strength Team went on to lose the game by the margin of 2-0.

India didn't have a great outing in the entire series as they struggled big time with the bat. The batters didn't look comfortable against the spinners as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals. A similar story unfolded in all three games as they failed to chase the target in all three games. Sri Lanka registered their first-ever ODI series win over India since 1997. They won the series by the margin of 2-0.

The only Indian batter who looked in great touch throughout the series was skipper Rohit Sharma. The India captain looked unfazed by the conditions at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo as he played his aggressive game, slamming two half-centuries in the first two games and a quick-fire 35 in the third game.

On Sunday (11th August), Wasim Jaffer on his Twitter account was engaged in a Question and Answer session with fans. The former India cricketer asked them to send their questions, saying that he would answer with a straight bat.

"Been a long time since we did this. Let's do an #AskWasim. Fire away and I'll try to play with a straight bat :)"

Replying to this, former England cricketer Michael Vaughan took a dig at Wasim Jaffer. He asked the Ranji Trophy legend about the result of the series between India and Sri Lanka, saying that he was away and hoped everything was fine. He stated:

Wasim Jaffer, however, didn't take long to reply to Michael Vaughan and troll the former England international. He said that India won as many games as England won in Australia in the last 12 years. He elaborated:
