When Ryan Rickelton looped a ball over the mid-on fielder, Mohammed Siraj grabbed it out of thin air as he timed the jump accurately and took a good overhead catch. This drew first blood for India in the second innings, and Jadeja had a breakthrough.

India and South Africa are racing for the top positions in the WTC Points Table, and the visiting side, South Africa, has dominated the Indians at their home. They won the first game of the series at the Eden Gardens and are looking towards a series clean sweep.

India, on the other hand, might be attempting to save their honour as another home series loss would be a huge blow to the prestige of the two-time WTC runners-up. South Africa is closing in on a 400-run lead.

Ryan Rickelton departs after a stunning effort from Mohammed Siraj

In the 19th over of the game, Ravindra Jadeja was called in for the third over of his spell. India is surely looking for wickets to win or draw the match, and bringing in their most experienced spinner, Captain Pant, made just the right call.

Jadeja delivered in the third delivery of the over, as Ryan Rickelton advanced down the track, opening his aggressive wings and looking to loft the ball through the on-side. Not a great turner of the ball, Jadeja held his grip, and the batter ended up miscuing the shot over the cover region.

Mohammed Siraj times his jump to perfection and takes a stunning overhead catch. Usually, it's not easy to take such catches, but Siraj just has the cat-like reflexes needed in the position.

Ravindra Jadeja dismisses both Protea openers

After a massive 288-run lead in the first innings, which marked the second-highest lead in the subcontinent by any team without giving a follow-on. South African openers Ryan Rickelton and Aiden Markram once again started off with a half-century partnership.

Rickelton was dismissed off Ravindra Jadeja's bowling, and then later Aiden Markram too fell in front of Jadeja's bowling. The veteran spinner knocked him over with a lovely delivery, as the ball offered a sharp grip and turn.

Aiden Markram was drawn forward in defence, as he gets beaten due to this peach of a delivery, and the off-stump of the batter gets castled. South Africa's defensive measures have led to the fall of these wickets.

Kuldeep Yadav did not hand the ball during the second innings in Guwahati

Alongside Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar was the only spinner on the Indian side to be handed the ball by Captain Pant. While Shubman Gill doesn't hand him enough opportunities, Pant has been using Sundar more often.

Having bowled a long spell in the first innings as well, Washington Sundar went wicketless in the first innings and then bounced back with the wicket of Temba Bavuma in the second innings.

At Tea, Washington Sundar had bowled 15 overs while Ravindra Jadeja had bowled 12 overs. However, what shocked all was that Kuldeep Yadav was not handed the ball after a single over bowled on Day 4.
