Jurel and Harsh Dubey added a massive 184 runs for the sixth wicket, rescuing India A from a tricky position against South Africa. A. Dubey also played a fine knock of 84 runs, showing great maturity throughout his knock in Bengaluru.

India A declared their innings at 382 for seven, setting South Africa A a target of 417 runs. When South Africa A began their chase, openers Lesego Senokwane and Jordan Hermann managed to survive some testing overs before stumps.

As things stand, India A is in total control of the match. South Africa still needs more than 180 runs to beat the hosts and level the ongoing two-match unofficial Test series. Prasidh Krishna and Harsh Dubey each got one wicket, and the Proteas side have enough time and overs to turn the table.
