India is currently on their tour to England and is all set for 5-match test cricket action. During the proceedings of the first test at Leeds, Indian seamer Mohammed Siraj was once again seen engaging in a verbal spat with England batter Harry Brook.
Siraj, who bowled a long spell in front of English middle-order batter Harry Brook, was seen engaging in an on-field spat with the Englishman. However, unaltered by Siraj's words, he kept taking runs off the Indian seamer.

After witnessing this incident, former Indian player and current RCB mentor Dinesh Karthik recalled how this is not the first time that an English batter has gotten into Mohammed Siraj's head.
He narrated an incident from the IPL, where RCB opener Phil Salt also had a spat with Siraj, following which the opener slammed a sublime 87 off just 45 deliveries.
"It's not the first time that someone from North England has taken on Siraj. I've seen Phil Salt do it as well," says Karthik to Sky Sports Cricket.

Former Indian Captain hopes for contributions of other pacers like Mohammed Siraj alongside Bumrah
Former Indian captain and ex-BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has shared his views on the current Indian bowling standards. The veteran hopes to witness significant contributions from other Indian pacers to release some pressure off Jasprit Bumrah.
India has a huge pile of pacers Mohammed Siraj, Shardul Thakur, Akash Deep, Prasidh Krishna, Arshdeep Singh, and Harshit Rana. Despite this, India relies heavily on Jasprit Bumrah not only for wickets but also to witness quality pace bowling.
Despite his proneness to injuries and his excessive workload, having returned from injury just a month or so ago, Bumrah bowled the second-most overs in the Indian bowling innings. However, this shows a clear lack of impact from other pacers like Mohammed Siraj, Shardul Thakur, or Prasidh Krishna.
Bumrah spins his magic web: irresistible pace bowling at Leeds by the Indian great
Leaving out Jasprit Bumrah, no other Indian pacer had troubled the English batters at the end of Day 2's play. Jasprit Bumrah was not only the wicket-taker but also the sole threat to the opposition batters.
Had not catches been dropped or Bumrah bowled no-balls, Jasprit Bumrah would have ended with a 5-wicket haul, sending half of England's team back into the dugout.
India's bowling performance, leaving out Bumrah in the First Innings
However, keeping aside Bumrah's greatness, the Indian bowling attack did not look impressive. Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna found themselves amid wickets late on Day 3; however, despite having a few scalps to their name, they leaked runs and could never choke the scoring rate of the Englishmen.
Mohammed Siraj finished 27-0-122-2, while Krishna, who is making his debut on English soil, ended with figures of 20-0-128-3. The decision to pick Shardul Thakur as the fourth pacer looked unconvincing, but what raised eyebrows more was Shubman Gill's lack of use of the medium pacer, who bowled just 6 wickets in a 100-over innings.
This growing concern of a lack of pace options in the Indian test side has raised a huge query about India's success in test cricket recently.
