Janakpur Royals vs Biratnagar Super Kings match preview: Janakpur Royals and Biratnagar Super Kings will be up against each other in the sixth match of the ongoing Nepal T20 League 2022.
The Royals and Super Kings will be locking horns against each other in the second match of Monday (December 26). Both the teams are coming into this game on the back of different results in their previous outings.
The Royals began their campaign in the Nepal T20 League with an impressive 5-wicket win over Pokhara Avengers. The Super Kings, on the other hand, suffered a heartbreaking 3-run loss at the hands of table-toppers Lumbini All Stars in their first game.

Janakpur Royals:
Janakpur Royals started their campaign with a winning note. With their West Indies star Kesrick Williams putting up a Man of the Match performance, they blew Pokhara Avengers away to register a 5-wicket win.
Thanks to Williams’ 3-wicket haul and 2 wickets each from Pawan Sarraf, Sharafuddin Ashraf and Lalit Rajbanshi, the Royals bowled out the Avengers for just 138 despite a fifty from opener Aasif Sheikh.

With the bat, the Royals chased down the modest total in just 17.4 overs. Sundeep Jora top-scored with an unbeaten 40 while opener Sagar Pun scored 38. With momentum on their side, the Royals would be looking to extend their winning start in the Nepal T20 League.

Biratnagar Super Kings suffered a close 3-run loss against Lumbini All Stars. Asked to bat first, the All Stars scored 157 for 6 in the allotted 20 overs. In-form opener Lahiru Milantha scored his second consecutive fifty as he remained unbeaten on 80.
In reply, the Super Kings put up a good fight but eventually fell short by 3 runs as they finished on 154 for 6. The Super Kings would be desperate to bounce back and register their first win of Nepal T20 League when they take on the Royals. They are also expected to be bolstered by the inclusion of Zimbabwe star Sikandar Raza who missed the first game.
