Knights are currently at the third spot in the points table while the Royals are at the second spot. Both the teams are coming into this game on the back of contrasting results in their previous outings.

Knights put up impressive performances with both bat and ball to thrash the Avengers by 26 runs. After scoring 162 in the allotted 19 overs, they restricted the Avengers to 136 for 7 to register a comfortable win.

Their winning start, however, came to an end in the very following game. Far West United inflicted a 4-wicket defeat them on them after restricting them to a paltry 98 for 9. The Knights would be desperate to put up a better performance in the upcoming game and get back to winning ways.

After bowling out the Avengers for 138, the Royals chased down the total inside 18 overs by losing 5 wickets. In their next outing, they beat Biratnagar Super Kings by 5 wickets in a thrilling manner.

Royals have looked really good in their first two games and have the momentum on their side. With the Knights entering the game on the back of a poor outing, the Royals would be fancying their chances of registering a third consecutive win.
