Beginning in early September, the BCCI plans to relaunch India A program with tours coming from New Zealand and maybe Australia. VVS Laxman, Sairaj Bahutule, and Sitanshu Kotak, who are his NCA support team members of his NCA support team, will lead it.

ESPNcricinfo has learned that the New Zealand A team will go to India before the end of August for three four-day matches and the same number of List A games, all of which are expected to be played in Bengaluru. The BCCI is also debating whether to hold a pink-ball match during the series, but final approval is still pending.

In 2017–18, New Zealand A traveled to India and participated in a pink-ball match. Even though it was played with a pink ball, that match in Vijayawada was a daytime event. Additionally, if the game in the forthcoming series does take place next month, it will be held at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

From New Zealand, A visit is anticipated to coincide with the Duleep Trophy, the zonal first-class event that will kick off India’s domestic schedule for the 2022–23 campaign. From September 8 to September 25, Chennai and Coimbatore will host the six-team competition.

Since their tour of South Africa at the end of last year, right before the national team’s three-Test series in December, India A’s home series against New Zealand will be their first assignment.

India’s next Test assignment will be in Bangladesh:

The BCCI is also rumored to be in talks with Cricket Australia for a tour towards the end of the year, most likely in November, before the Ranji Trophy begins and India’s upcoming Test match in Bangladesh.

India’s second-to-last World Test Championship (WTC) assignment will be a two-Test trip to Bangladesh. A four-Test series against Australia at home in February and March will serve as the WTC’s final match of the current leg.
