Swashbuckling West Indies left-handed batsman Nicholas Pooran has tied the wedding knot with his long-time girlfriend, Alyssa Miguel. The couple has been dating each other, reportedly since 2014.
Pooran took to his official social media accounts on Tuesday, June 01, to share the news with his fans where he posted pictures from the wedding ceremony.
“Jesus has blessed me with many things in this life. None greater than having you in my life. Welcoming Mr. and Mrs. Pooran ❤️” wrote Nicholas Pooran.

Back in November last year, Nicholas Pooran had gone down on one knee to propose his long-time sweetheart for marriage.

After she accepted the proposal, the couple got engaged after the completion of the 13th season of the Indian Premier League in the United Arab Emirates.
Nicholas Pooran’s IPL franchise Punjab Kings posted their heartfelt wishes for the couple, as did his plethora of fans on social media.
Many congratulations on the start of this beautiful partnership. ? Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness ❤️ @nicholas_47

Meanwhile, Pooran, who endured a forgettable IPL season earlier this year, where he registered as many as five ducks in seven innings, will be hoping to shrugs off his poor form in the upcoming home summer of cricket that will see the West Indies play as many as 15 T20Is and 6 ODIs against South Africa, Pakistan, and Australia in the forthcoming months.
