Pakistan Miss The Services Of Naseem Shah In World Cup 2023
The 23-year-old has been a huge miss for the Pakistan team in the ICC World Cup 2023. Hasan Ali, who replaced him in the squad, has performed decently, taking eight wickets in five games. However, they failed to make an impact by taking wickets with the new ball.
The Babar Azam-led team kicked off the tournament with back-to-back victories against the Netherlands and Sri Lanka. However, they have faced difficulties in the World Cup, losing four consecutive matches. They are almost out of the playoffs as they have just four points.
