Former Pakistan National Cricket Team head coach Mickey Arthur has given a crucial piece of advice to the Pakistan National Cricket Team ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022, which is set to be played in October-November in Australia.
Pakistan recently registered a 3-run win over England at home and pacer Haris Rauf was awarded Player of the Match for his 3-wicket haul in the match.

Batting first Pakistan posted 166 runs on the board with the help of the good batting performance of Babar Azam and the sensational power-hitting of Asif Ali, who smashed 13 runs off 3 balls.
Chasing the target, England were dominant and at a point in time, they needed only five runs off 10 balls to win the match. However, the Pakistan pacers performed exceptionally and bundled out England for 163.
Some great death bowling from Haris Rauf but Asif Ali was the difference – Mickey Arthur
Former Pakistan National Cricket Team head coach Mickey Arthur took to Twitter to shower praise on Rauf. He added that the Pakistan skipper Babar Azam and head coach Saqlain Mushtaq will have to make sure that Asif gets the opportunity to play more deliveries.
“Some great death bowling from Haris Rauf but Asif Ali the difference, he has to face more balls!” Arthur tweeted.

Meanwhile, Arthur’s tweet was well-received by fans, with several agreeing with him.
One fan wrote, “Come back Coach. We need that attacking/brutal/FEARLESS cricket again with highest % win against top teams. Even you helped us making our field best. Fakhar & Shadab specially”
“Sir only if Rizwan and Babar left some for others. Their approach is totally flawed. They consume powerplay and then continue to play with the same intent in remaining overs,” another fan wrote.
“Sir i think you were the best coach for Pakistan. Since your departure, it’s all going downhill, any fitness and fielding standards have been thrown out of the window,” another commented, as quoted by Hindustan Times.
