Shaheen Shah Afridi picked up Finn Allen’s wicket in the semi-finals of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 and eventually, Pakistan won the game. Finn Allen decided today that he will take his revenge against Shaheen Shah Afridi. Afridi failed to bowl a perfect yorker in the over while attempting at it which either ended up being a full-toss or a half-volley which was easy for Finn Allen to convert in boundaries.
Shaheen Shah Afridi has not been in his best form for the past few months. He had a terrible Test series against Australia where he was also dropped from the third Test. Now, in his very first series as the captain, he has been brutally beaten by Finn Allen and is struggling with his line and length. New Zealand is on the way to put a massive target for Pakistan in the first T20I which is being played in Auckland.
Kane Williamson announced a sensational return after scoring 57 off 42 deliveries in the first T20I. He smashed nine boundaries in his innings to complete his 18th half-century in the shortest format for the BlackCaps.
