World Cup matches to be shifted out of India if Pakistan qualify for the knockouts
The Pakistan Women's team will play all their matches at Colombo, since India and Sri Lanka are co-hosting the event together. After 12 years, the event has returned to India, as India hosts the Women's World Cup for the fourth time, while the Lankans will be hosting such an event for the first time.
Even the contest between the Indian and Pakistani women will be in Colombo on the 5th of October. This was marked by the deal signed between PCB and BCCI ahead of the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy, as a result of which they will not play in each other's nations for the next three years.
If Pakistani women can qualify for the knockouts of the World Cup, then it will be shifted out of India, and the R. Premadasa Stadium will be the venue.
