The Pakistan Cricket Board on Thursday confirmed that all the 35 members of the squad that is set to tour South Africa and Zimbabwe next month which includes 22 players and 13 officials have tested negative for Covid-19.

The Babar Azam-led Pakistan contingent will now depart to Johannesburg via a chartered flight on Friday morning.

Pakistan Cricket Team will first travel to South Africa to lock horns with the hosts in three ICC Men’s World Cup Super League ODIs between April 02-07.

After the completion of the ODI series, both sides will square-off in a four-match T20I rubber from April 10-16. All the matches will take place at SuperSport Park in Centurion and at the Wanderers in Johannesburg.

Following the South African leg of the African safari, Pakistan will then head to Zimbabwe on April 17 to compete in three Twenty20 Internationals followed by a couple of Test matches before returning home on May 17.
