Mohammad Irfan, a pacer for Pakistan, offered his opinion on the dispute between India and Pakistan on visiting each other’s countries and stated that both teams should go to play each other while players should stay out of politics.
The left-arm pacer, who competes for Northern Warriors in the T10 league, also said that players should stay out of politics and that people should not believe rumors about the incident.

“I have said it before too. Players should be kept away from politics. Pakistan should go to India & India should come to Pakistan to play. It increases love between people from both countries. Cricket should be separate from politics. Don’t go with statements that Pakistan won’t come to India, let the Board decide it,” said the pacer.
Mohammad Irfan discussed the Indian bowlers and applauded the BCCI’s decision to support young people who can bowl at an express pace of 140 or higher.
“You must have bowlers who can hit 140 or more. It’s challenging to keep up that speed. Bowlers require a healthy diet and constant coaching. They have swift bowlers who have been enlisted. Umran and Arshdeep need to be groomed to lead Indian bowling in the future,” said the left-arm pacer.
“It is tough for bowlers”: Mohammad Irfan
When asked about playing in the 10-over format, Mohammad Irfan said that it pushes bowlers to be precise and push themselves.
“It’s tough for bowlers. More precision is required from the bowlers in terms of their lines and lengths. Irfan said that it provides the audience with greater entertainment” Mohammad Irfan said.
He stated that the team is in good hands with players like Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Iftikhar Ahmed while referring to the current Pakistani batting lineup.
“Pakistan cricket went through a period where they didn’t produce good batsmen, but Babar Azam, Rizwan, and Iftikhar have filled that gap,” Mohammad Irfan remarked.
The PCB suspended Irfan from all forms of cricket on March 29, 2017, for failing to report two attempts to corrupt the game during the 2017 Pakistan Super League.
