Prasidh Krishna Bought By Gujarat Titan For INR 9.50 crore at IPL Auction 2025

India pacer Prasidh Krishna has registered himself for the IPL 2025 mega auction at a base price of INR 2 crore. One of the leading pacers in the country at present, the right-arm pacer is expected to attract several teams in the auction.
Krishna's journey in the IPL began with Kolkata Knight Riders in 2017. The Kolkata-based outfit had signed him up as an injury replacement. The 28-year-old hit the ground running in the IPL, taking 10 wickets in 7 games for the Knight Riders.
However, he struggled to replicate the performance in the next two seasons. In IPL 2018, Prasidh managed only 4 wickets in 11 games before taking 4 wickets in 6 games in IPL 2020. He did well in IPL 2021, taking 12 wickets as Kolkata Knight Riders qualified for the final.
In the 2022 mega auction, he was signed up by Rajasthan Royals. He went on to justify the decision by taking 19 wickets in 17 games. Prasidh has not played in the IPL since 2022 due to injury and will be hoping that he makes his much-awaited return to the competition in 2025.
