Afridi bowled a delivery to Rassie van der Dussen, to which the batter came down the track and hit it so hard that the pacer had no time to react. He put the hands up and the ball missed them and went on to hit him smack on the collarbone and then ricocheted away to the vacant mid-wicket area.
Afridi looked in terrible pain, but thankfully, it didn't hit his face. The physios came out running and attended him but the pacer showed great courage and was back on his feet and continued bowling despite being in pain.
