Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) takes on Delhi Capitals in match 62 of IPL 2024 in Bangalore on Sunday from 7.30 pm IST. RCB are on a four-match winning streak and play their last two games at home.

The Faf du Plessis-led side lost six on the trot before winning four on the bounce and making a comeback in the season. At the heart of it all has been Virat Kohli's batting who has retained the Orange cap and is inching closer to 700 runs this season.

The RCB bowlers also stepped up in the last four games. RCB won two games defending and two games chasing in their last four games. They won by 35 runs against SRH and by a mammoth 60-run margin against PBKS. They won both their games chasing against GT.

It is unlikely that RCB will break their winning combination but the team still has a lot to do to make the playoffs. Not only do they need to win their remaining two games, but they also need a few other results to go their way.

Virat Kohli

Kohli will continue to open the batting for RCB. His batting in the last four games has been a revelation. He scored 92 off 47 balls against PBKS and sits on 634 runs for the season.

Faf du Plessis (C)

Du Plessis will open with Virat. He has found his form in patches this season but has done a good job as captain. He scored nine off seven balls against PBKS.

Will Jacks

Jacks will slot in at three. He has scored 189 runs at a strike rate of nearly 190. The England all-rounder scored just 12 off seven balls.

Rajat Patidar

Patidar will slot in at four. He scored 55 off 23 balls against Punjab Kings. He has now scored four fifties in the season after a slow start and has scored 268 runs.

Cameron Green

Green will slot in at five. He scored 46 off just 23 balls against the Kings. RCB have used him extensively with the ball this season. He is a key figure in the lineup now.

Dinesh Karthik (WK)

The veteran keeper-batter will slot in at six. He has been striking at 196 this season so far and has scored 301 runs in 12 matches. He is probably playing his last IPL season.

Mahipal Lomror

Lomror will slot in at seven. In a few games, he has been used as the Impact Sub as well. He has scored 80 runs in seven matches at a strike rate of 190.48.

Karn Sharma

Karn the leggie will slot in at eight. He lengthens the RCB batting lineup as he proved against KKR. He took two for 36 in the match.

Swapnil Singh

The left-arm spinner will slot in at nine. He took 2/28 against the Kings and has been a good addition to the RCB side. He and Karn Sharma have been getting a few games.

Mohammed Siraj

Siraj will be one of the two pacers in the lineup. He took 3/43 in the last game against the Kings. So far this season, he has picked 11 wickets in 11 games.

Lockie Ferguson

Ferguson concludes the likely RCB playing XI against Delhi Capitals. He took 2/29 in his three overs and has been a good addition to the side

Impact Sub- Yash Dayal

Yash Dayal will be the Impact Sub for RCB. He has been doing well in that role throughout the season. So far this season, the left-arm pacer has picked up  10 wickets in 11 games. He went wicketless against PBKS.
