Former Indian captain Rahul Dravid has been one of the masterminds behind Indian cricket’s recent rise in the fraternity. Rahul Dravid, who serves as the head coach of the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore, has been responsible for the development of several youngsters. The 164-Test veteran is reportedly still thinking about the offer from BCCI to coach the national team in Sri Lanka.

For the second time in the history of Indian cricket, two Indian teams would be on different tours simultaneously. While most of the senior players would be busy in England, where they will play five Tests, starting from August. On the other hand, a bunch of youngsters will don the Indian jersey for limited-overs matches in Sri Lanka. With Ravi Shastri set to be in England, Rahul Dravid remains the frontrunner to coach the side in Sri Lanka.
