In the restart of the Road Safety World Series, India Legends thrashed the debutant Bangladesh Legends by 10 wickets. After the dominant comeback from the Indian bowlers, Virender Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar ended the game in their familiar style.

After winning the toss, Bangladesh Legends captain Mohammad Rafique chose to bat first. Despite their good start, the debutant side only managed to score 109 runs before losing all wickets in 19.4 overs. In reply, India Legends chased down the target of 110 runs in just 10.1 overs without losing any wicket.

2nd innings (India Legends): Virender Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar showed their familiar form

Openers Virender Sehwag and captain Sachin Tendulkar started the chasing in their familiar fashion. While Sehwag showed his famous batting form, Tendulkar was also in his comfort touch. Sehwag completed his half-century in just 20 balls.

While Sehwag was not out on 80 runs off just 35 balls (10 fours and 5 sixes) as he finished the game with a sixer to Khaled Mahmud, Tendulkar scored 33 not out off 26 balls (5 fours).

1st innings (Bangladesh Legends): Openers provided a good start but then happened massive batting collapse

Openers Nazimuddin and Javed Omar provided a positive start for the Bangladesh Legends. But once that partnership was broken after the powerplay, the other batsmen failed to control that innings and the debutant side faced a massive batting collapse.

Nazimuddin and Javed Omar had 59 runs partnership for the opening wicket. But Bangladesh Legends lost their all ten wickets in the next 50 runs. In the eighth over, Omar scored 12 runs before Pragyan Ojha took his wicket through the stumping dismissal. Nazimuddin lost his wicket in the next over as Yuvraj Singh bowled him for 49 runs off 33 balls (8 fours and only six). Rajin Saleh (12) was their only other batsman to score the double-digit score in that innings.

Pragyan Ojha (2/12), Yuvraj Singh (2/15) and Vinay Kumar (2/25) got two wickets each while Manpreet Gony (1/19) and Yusuf Pathan (1/3) bagged one wicket each.
